Combined Orders: If you purchase both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order will ship together when the made-to-order item is ready (within 5-8 business days).
Once shipped, your order will be delivered via USPS within 3-5 business days, and we’ll send you another email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send us an email hello@criaandco.com and let us know your order number and the item you wish to return. We will send you a shipping label for the return and issue a refund or send a replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.
