Shipping Policy
Exciting news: we've relocated to Taipei, Taiwan! We're settled in and ready to get your goodies to you quickly, so every order ships within 1 business day of being placed, sent your way via small international packet.
Delivery time: Once your package is on its way, expect it to arrive via USPS within 7–14 business days.
Free shipping: Orders over $35 ship free!
Pricing: No surprise fees at checkout. We cover all tariffs and customs charges on our end, so you'll never be billed anything extra when your package arrives.
Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we'll send you the tracking info so you can watch it make its way to you.
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.
Damaged or lost packages: If something goes wrong in transit — damaged or missing — just email us at hello@criaandco.com and we'll get a replacement out to you within 2 business days of hearing from you.
