FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: I've placed an order, when will I receive it?

A: All of our products are made to order and are processed in the order they are received. They will be completed and ready to ship in 4-5 business days. We will send you an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which can take 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you provide international shipping?

A: We only ship within the US at this time.

Q: My kitten is 10 months old, what size should I order?

A: Our collars are available in 2 sizes: Kitten (up to 9 inches) and Cat (up to 11 inches) sizes. Our Kitten size is intended for baby kittens under 5 months. For cats and kittens over the age of 6 months. We recommend the Cat size. 

Q: Do you accept returns and exchanges?

If you are not satisfied with our collars, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the product. We'll gladly exchange them or refund your purchase. Contact us at hello@criaandco.com before sending the item back to us. We will issue a refund once the item is received and inspected. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
