Returns

We accept returns on all regular priced items except gift cards. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item by sending us an email at hello@criaandco.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for shipping the item back to us.

Please note that in order to process a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original metal tin packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
